Do you handle building management coordination? +

Yes. We submit certificates of insurance, schedule freight elevator reservations, coordinate loading dock access, and comply with building-specific delivery windows. This is particularly important in Manhattan and Jersey City high-rises where uncoordinated deliveries get turned away at the dock.

Can you deliver and install on the same visit? +

Yes. For most furniture deliveries, our crews deliver and install in a single visit - unbox, assemble, position, level, and remove all packing materials. There is no need to schedule a separate installation appointment.

What happens if something is damaged during delivery? +

All deliveries are documented with pre-delivery and post-delivery photos. In the rare event of damage, we file a claim immediately and coordinate replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Our insurance covers transit damage.
